Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Warehouse Arts District

Property was close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and tour bus. Room and common areas were clean. All the staff from valet, front desk and housekeeping greeted me and assisted on any requests.

I liked the room and location because it was convenient, comfortable, and met my needs. The staff was nice and helpful. I appreciated the staff's quick response to my complaint about the smoke coming through the vents. It helped. I think breakfast should be free.

I was taking a honeymoon cruise and I needed the hotel just for a the night until our ship left. The location was great and I wish we could have stayed longer. I do plan to stay there in the future as well.

I chose this hotel because it was $200 less than the hotel my colleagues stayed in, and it was right across the street. The room was very nice. It overlooked the atrium and had a balcony. It also had a 60” TV.

Overall, it was a great staff. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
